A simple process from the first phone call to the final clear-up, so you always know what happens next.
Four steps
From first call to final clear-up

Site visit
We come to see the garden at a time that suits you. We look at the space, the ground and the access, talk through what you would like and answer your questions. There is no pressure to go ahead.
- 02
Written quote
After the visit you receive a written quote that sets out the work, the materials and the expected timings. If anything needs to change, we update it with you before we start, so you know what you are agreeing to.
- 03
The build
We agree a start date and keep you updated as the job goes on. The work is done in the right order, with the groundwork first, and the site is kept tidy as we go and left clean at the end of each day.
- 04
Clear-up
When the work is finished, the area is swept and we walk the finished garden with you. If there is anything you are not happy with, we put it right. Green waste removal is available as an extra, charged separately.
