Who we are
This website belongs to Jolyon Harris Landscape Gardening, a landscape gardening business based in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas. If you have any questions about this policy, call us on 07889 779929 or email Jojo_harris@icloud.com.
What information we collect
We do not use contact forms, accounts or online payments on this website. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, for example by phone or email. That may include your name, phone number, email address, postcode and details about the garden or job you would like help with.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange visits, give quotes and carry out any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that they are deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set cookies and we do not use advertising or tracking tools. The website is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and the pages requested) to run and secure the service. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when a page loads.
Sharing your information
We only share your information with people who help us run the business, such as our email provider, and only where needed. We may also share it if the law requires us to.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to how we use it. To do any of these, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
